You might face few issues if you are using any caching plugin.
Don't worry! We have the solution.
Some known plug-ins that might cause problem with SalesPop on Wordpress/ WooCommerce:
- LiteSpeed Cache (LSCache)
- WP Rocket
- Autoptimize
- WP Super Cache
If you are using any cache plugin, please follow the instructions below to refresh or clear the cache after installing SalesPop pixel.
LiteSpeed Cache
- Navigate To Toolbox, click Purge Call and Empty Entire Cache .
If you are still having issue, you will need to navigate to your cPanel > Advanced > LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager, click Flush All button to empty the cache on server level.
WP Rocket
- On the Dashboard of WP Rocket, there is a Clear Cache button in the right menu.
Autoptimize
- Hover over Autoptimize at the top of WordPress and click Delete Cache from the drop-down.
WP Super Cache
- On the Contents page of WP Super Cache Settings click the Delete Cache button.
